Each room was equipped with KNX technology for lighting and climate control, linked to a central management system. Thanks to the use of badges, access and control of technologies are automatically adjusted, contributing to both energy efficiency and ease of use. Additionally, there is integration with the hotel management system (e.g., Fidelio). When booking the room for a specific date, the heating is activated in standby mode, building up to a preset temperature before the guest’s arrival. When the guest inserts the badge into the power switch, the heating automatically switches to comfort mode. This smart automation results in forward-thinking and sustainable building management.
