Challenge
In the Phoenix project, the challenge lay in combining technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully delivered.
Facts
Result
Our craftsmen took charge of the high-end finishing of this office building and integrated our own premium products – with attention to personal comfort!
- We installed a total surface area of no less than 6,800 m² of climate ceilings. This ensures every employee or tenant enjoys a pleasant indoor climate.
- We also installed system walls in the large spaces, creating flexible meeting rooms and workspaces.
- To complete the picture, we installed herringbone parquet flooring in the cafeteria and lounge area. A masterpiece we’re extremely proud of!
The end result is an absolute eye-catcher!
Every Jansen product, whether our climate ceilings, system walls, or gypsum board elements, was integrated aesthetically. This gave the original building even more cachet.
