A good design starts with a solid foundation. Our point cloud scanner assists us with this, as it provides us with the exact dimensions of the existing location. Three BIM levels<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our BIM department provides the necessary training and serves as a helpdesk for everyone. They make a clear distinction between three levels: the pros can model, the advanced profiles can analyze, and the basic level can consult all BIM models. As a client or designer, you naturally want to be fully involved in your project, which is why you are part of the basic level. <\/p>\n

For each level, we have specific preferred software. However, thanks to our BIM experience, we are familiar with most BIM software packages. Therefore, the open BIM principle prevails in our BIM approach. <\/p>\n
