In early September, Group Jansen finalizes the acquisition of Maris Technics. This general contractor from Zonhoven sees Maris as the perfect complement to its existing business division Jansen Technics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1987, Maris Technics specializes in electronic installations, security systems, and smart technologies. Under the leadership of Johan Maris, the company grew into an established entity with around 70 employees and a turnover of 18 million euros. Maris Technics now joins Group Jansen, which has 600 colleagues and generates a turnover of approximately 200 million. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

“Maris Technics is a company with which we have written several success stories in the past,” says Nadia Jansen, CEO of general contractor Group Jansen. “Each time, their expertise, extensive experience and energetic approach were well received. To strengthen our position as Group Jansen, we chose for closer collaboration with this complementary company. With this acquisition, we are going for the growth of all our companies, our people and our joint project portfolio. Furthermore, we are expanding our range of activities in the field of smart technologies and electrical installations with even more in-house knowledge. We are convinced that this acquisition is an interesting win-win for both parties. Together we will look for possible synergies. This way, we start from pole position for various assignments, which is an absolute surplus for our business units, projects and clients.” <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

No Major Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

“Within the daily operations, we do not plan any changes,” adds Nadia Jansen. “Together with Johan Maris, who retains operational leadership, we mainly want to focus on the excellent collaboration between our companies. This way, we can better respond to the demand for a more integrated approach and integrated products. At the same time, Maris Technics will continue to serve its own clients. The company name Maris Technics will initially be retained. There are also no changes regarding the location.” <\/p>\n\n
