The largest non-university hospital in Belgium has been built on the former Les Viviers mine site in Charleroi. The Grand H\u00f4pital de Charleroi combines five existing hospitals into one ultra-modern care complex of 145,000 m\u00b2. Group Jansen, together with partners Franki and Jan De Nul, was responsible for the complete interior finishing, with attention to comfort, efficiency and people-oriented care. <\/p>\n

A hospital of this scale requires more than just construction expertise. The challenge lay in creating a warm, accessible environment within a complex of almost 900 beds, 29 operating theaters and countless care functions. Group Jansen had to integrate a variety of techniques and finishes – from hermetic doors to fixed furnishings – without sacrificing quality or planning. Thanks to a well-thought-out approach and close cooperation, a care environment was created that is both functional and welcoming. <\/p>\n
