Ce complexe de 60 000 m\u00b2 peut stocker environ 75 millions de kilos de chocolat, n\u00e9cessitant une temp\u00e9rature constante de 18 \u00b0C. Pour r\u00e9aliser cela de mani\u00e8re efficace et durable, un syst\u00e8me de gestion technique du b\u00e2timent (GTB) avanc\u00e9 de Jansen Sumi Smart Solutions a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9. Barry Callebaut, leader mondial des produits de chocolat et de cacao, avait besoin d’un hub logistique pour la distribution internationale de ses produits. Un appel d’offres a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2018. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, ‘The Barry Callebaut Chocolate Box’, le plus grand entrep\u00f4t de chocolat au monde, ouvrait ses portes. Ce b\u00e2timent complexe r\u00e9pond aux plus hautes exigences en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 et fut le premier b\u00e2timent logistique \u00e0 obtenir la certification BREEAM Outstanding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technologie avanc\u00e9e pour une temp\u00e9rature parfaite<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

‘The Barry Callebaut Chocolate Box’ comprend non seulement un entrep\u00f4t traditionnel de 50 000 m\u00b2, mais aussi un entrep\u00f4t automatis\u00e9 grande hauteur de 41 m\u00e8tres avec 10 000 m\u00b2 d’espace de stockage. Le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature est crucial pour le stockage du chocolat. Wannes van Rysselberghe, Responsable Logistique chez Barry Callebaut, souligne son importance : \u00ab Notre syst\u00e8me CVC est donc int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 un GTB intelligent. Ce syst\u00e8me ne r\u00e9gule pas seulement le climat, mais aussi l’\u00e9clairage et l’\u00e9clairage de secours, et offre une visualisation centrale de tous les param\u00e8tres op\u00e9rationnels. \u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9nergie durable et r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le contr\u00f4le intelligent GTB de Jansen Sumi Smart Solutions assure un fonctionnement optimal de toutes les techniques du b\u00e2timent en mettant l’accent sur la durabilit\u00e9. Le syst\u00e8me adapte le chauffage et le refroidissement en fonction de facteurs externes tels que la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure et la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. \u00ab L’int\u00e9gration de diff\u00e9rentes techniques dans un seul b\u00e2timent a rendu ce projet stimulant. Les r\u00e9sultats initiaux \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 prometteurs et un an apr\u00e8s la mise en \u0153uvre, l’installation photovolta\u00efque couvrait pr\u00e8s de 50 % de la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
