Et quel lancement ! Pour le projet M\u00e9tropole \u00e0 Bruxelles - la restauration d&rsquo;un h\u00f4tel embl\u00e9matique de 267 chambres - nous avons r\u00e9uni tous les coll\u00e8gues participants pour un apr\u00e8s-midi passionnant et f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur. L&rsquo;objectif ? Mieux se conna\u00eetre, prendre des engagements clairs et avancer en \u00e9quipe.    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:24% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.groupjansen.com\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Mindset-Unite-Samen-Krachtig-3-653x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20201 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-spacing-extra-small wp-block-paragraph\">Un mousqueton est surtout connu comme un crochet m\u00e9tallique - utilis\u00e9 dans le monde de l&rsquo;escalade - que l&rsquo;on ouvre et ferme facilement. Chez Group Jansen, un mousqueton est cependant bien plus que cela. Ce sont des journ\u00e9es de teambuilding que nous organisons pour connecter les gens. Une telle journ\u00e9e ne suit pas un sch\u00e9ma fixe, mais nous l&rsquo;\u00e9laborons \u00e0 chaque fois sur mesure en fonction de la taille de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, du type de projet, etc. L&rsquo;objectif reste toujours le m\u00eame : rapprocher les gens. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement le cas pour le projet M\u00e9tropole \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-spacing-extra-small has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d775357dccb4eacf7657f6b1044cd0a4\" style=\"color:#bf0322\"><strong>Lancement d&rsquo;une restauration embl\u00e9matique<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-spacing-extra-small wp-block-paragraph\">Un bon d\u00e9but est la moiti\u00e9 du travail. Surtout pour un m\u00e9gaprojet comme M\u00e9tropole \u00e0 Bruxelles. D\u00e9but mai, nous avons donc organis\u00e9 un mousqueton pour tous les coll\u00e8gues qui se retroussent les manches pour la restauration de cet h\u00f4tel embl\u00e9matique. Un mousqueton avec un objectif clair : une \u00e9quipe, un but. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par donner un aper\u00e7u et une vision d&rsquo;ensemble. \u00c0 partir de l&rsquo;organigramme du projet, nous avons clarifi\u00e9 &lsquo;Qui est qui&rsquo; : Qui sont les piliers du projet ? Qui est responsable de quoi ? \u00c0 quels experts peut-on s&rsquo;adresser pour quelles questions ? Le planning a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9. Et surtout, ce qui est important : que pouvons-nous apprendre des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents projets de conception et de construction que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ensemble ? Nous avons eu des discussions ouvertes et donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses claires. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices ludiques et cibl\u00e9s sur la communication et la collaboration, les participants ont appris \u00e0 mieux se conna\u00eetre. Avec ces exercices, nous stimulons la concertation, l&rsquo;\u00e9coute mutuelle, la flexibilit\u00e9 face aux situations ponctuelles, l&rsquo;orientation vers les solutions et les objectifs. Il y a eu beaucoup de rires, parfois des tentatives de se surpasser, mais surtout un travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ! Gold \u00e9tait le mot de passe de l&rsquo;Escape game, un casque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dor\u00e9 le troph\u00e9e et le symbole de cette \u00e9quipe, de ces personnes fortes. Soyez l&rsquo;or les uns des autres !     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-spacing-extra-small wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ambiance ? Enthousiaste. Les conversations ? Ouvertes. Les le\u00e7ons ? Pr\u00e9cieuses. L&rsquo;H\u00f4tel M\u00e9tropole \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 un projet formidable, mais il a maintenant une \u00e9quipe encore plus soud\u00e9e derri\u00e8re lui.
