Le projet partiel le plus vaste et le plus remarquable est la construction du nouveau bloc m\u00e9dico-technique. Le projet sera livr\u00e9 en plusieurs phases et constituera le c\u0153ur des futurs soins de sant\u00e9 sur le campus de Jette. Une premi\u00e8re phase sera mise en service en ao\u00fbt, et d&rsquo;ici l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2026, toutes les fonctions du bloc complet devront \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelles. Cette nouvelle construction fait partie de la phase 2 du plan directeur 2030 visant \u00e0 moderniser l&rsquo;UZ Brussel d&rsquo;ici fin 2029. Le bloc abritera notamment des quartiers op\u00e9ratoires, un centre de dialyse r\u00e9nale, des services d&rsquo;imagerie m\u00e9dicale, un centre oncologique, des soins intensifs, &#8230; Depuis 2023, Group Jansen est coresponsable de l&rsquo;installation des techniques et de la finition de cet embl\u00e9matique b\u00e2timent hospitalier. Nous r\u00e9unissons ici l&rsquo;expertise de Jansen Building Projects, Jansen Ceiling Solutions, Jansen Cleanrooms &#038; Labs, Jansen Joinery et Jansen Wall Solutions.     \n\nUne t\u00e2che de coordination qui repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi de taille pour le chef de projet Sven Van de Putte et ses 11 coll\u00e8gues chefs de projet. \u00ab Un h\u00f4pital est en effet un environnement tr\u00e8s exigeant en raison de la multitude de techniques. Une partie de celles-ci ne se rencontre que dans ce type de projet, pensez aux gaz m\u00e9dicaux, au syst\u00e8me pneumatique, etc. Cela demande beaucoup de travail de coordination \u00bb, explique Sven. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#bee1e836\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 44%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-spacing-none has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1fc1074c6e4c3d5a8bc6fa024fc4176f\" style=\"color:#bf0322\"><strong>Ing\u00e9nierie de la valeur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px; line-height:1.3;\">Cette coordination \u00e0 l&rsquo;UZ Brussel implique bien plus que la synchronisation des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s dans le temps et l&rsquo;espace. \u00ab Nous misons pour cela sur la mod\u00e9lisation 3D et le Building Information Management (BIM). Nous avons ainsi non seulement \u00e9limin\u00e9 les interfaces et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des solutions, mais nous g\u00e9n\u00e9rons \u00e9galement une valeur ajout\u00e9e en pratiquant l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie de la valeur. Nous avons propos\u00e9 de supprimer la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur des eaux us\u00e9es en raison du rendement limit\u00e9. De plus, nous avons mieux adapt\u00e9 une finition de sol en \u00e9poxy \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage r\u00e9el, permettant ainsi une solution moins co\u00fbteuse. Ainsi, nous avons notre propre coach s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui surveille quotidiennement le travail s\u00e9curis\u00e9 sur le chantier \u00bb, indique Sven Van de Putte. \u00ab Un autre d\u00e9fi en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 concerne les livraisons interm\u00e9diaires \u00e0 venir. Dans certains cas, une telle zone jouxte notre chantier.
