The future =
integrated construction
The construction sector is at a tipping point. Traditional construction processes are increasingly giving way to innovative, efficient, and sustainable methods. At Group Jansen, we believe that integrated building – where all disciplines from design, engineering, building to maintenance are brought together in one streamlined process – is becoming the new standard.
More than design & build
Realizing a renovation or new construction project from A to Z? You often think of a chain of parties: architects, engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors, coordinators… Each with their own vision, pace, and budgets. At Group Jansen, we approach this differently. We believe in the power of one integrated approach: design & build. And with our makers, builders and sustainers, we have all the assets in-house. What’s more, we go a few steps further. With our own R&D department, our own design cell, our own BIM team and our own facility services, we guarantee an A to Z approach. One p artner, with one plan and zero worries for you.
Four steps
One streamlined process
1. Design
Every project starts with a vision. With ideas, ambitions, objectives. Our design team LUBDUB translates this into an interior concept that works. Down to the smallest details. LUBDUB is not a classic design agency, but a close-knit unit within Group Jansen that combines creativity with feasibility. We don’t just design what is beautiful, but also what is feasible, easy to maintain and budget-friendly.
What is unique about LUBDUB? We design “at the customer’s heartbeat”. Hence the name. This means that we immerse ourselves in your organization, your brand identity and your way of working. This creates a concept that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also really works for the people who live, work or care in it.
2. Engineer
At Group Jansen, we believe that innovation is the engine behind progress. Our R&D department plays a crucial role in this. These bright minds design new products that the market demands, optimize existing items and solve project-specific issues. Something you as a customer absolutely benefit from.
Another asset that strengthens our design & build projects is our BIM department. BIM stands for Building Information Modeling: a smart way of building in which we first digitally assemble each project. This way, possible conflicts or bottlenecks become visible in the design phase. And we can anticipate instead of react.
At Group Jansen, we use BIM not only as a technical model but also as a communication tool. Clients, designers, and contractors all view the same digital building. This speeds up decisions and makes the entire process more transparent.
3. Build
Once the design is finalized, we switch seamlessly to the execution. And you can take that literally: our own craftsmen take over. With more than 750 internal colleagues – from carpenters, painters, site managers to technicians and KNX specialists – we keep control firmly in our own hands. No misunderstandings between design and site, no time wasted during transfers, no surprises in the finishing. Everything is coordinated, from start to finish.
The budget also benefits from this. Thanks to our design & build approach, the financial picture is on the table from the start. And we can estimate much more accurately where optimizations are possible – without compromising on quality or appearance.
4. Maintain
At Group Jansen, the story doesn’t end when the last skirting board is placed. Even after delivery, we remain a reliable partner. Our facility service, Jansen Services, is available 24/7 for maintenance, repairs, and technical support. This ensures your building remains not only beautiful but also functional and safe. From HVAC to lighting, from plumbing to access control: our all-round technicians ensure everything continues to operate as it should. One phone call and we are there: quickly, efficiently and with knowledge of the matter.
Not a buzzword, but a philosophy
“For us, design & build is not a buzzword, but a philosophy. We believe that building spaces starts with understanding people. And that this translation from idea to reality is best done by one party with a clear vision, short lines of communication and a strong internal team.”
Erwin Reeskens, Director Quotation & Engineering at Group Jansen
Modular & circular
sustainably efficient
In our integrated approach, modular and circular construction plays a crucial role. It ensures speed, efficiency and sustainability. With solutions such as the J’Sky climate ceilings, we create energy-efficient and comfortable spaces with limited installation costs. Our J’Clickd partition walls are easy to assemble, adjust and even made of bamboo. Prefabricated reveals provide time savings and perfect finishing on site. And thanks to Cicé, our gypsum waste gets a second life in exclusive ceramics.
+20%
Real estate value
Projects executed using an integrated & modular approach increase real estate value by an average of 20%.
+20%
Construction time
Projects executed using an integrated & modular approach reduce construction time by an average of 20%.
7 advantages of
integrated construction
Projects that are carried out based on an integrated & modular construction method shorten the lead time by an average of 20%. The seamless collaboration and a consistent quality standard thanks to our internal expertise and BIM methodology are also strong advantages. In addition, you save costs through fewer errors and more efficient planning, while innovation and flexibility are built in through sustainable materials and smart technologies. The result: complete peace of mind and the certainty of a smooth, high-quality and future-proof project.
