Our BIM manager Joey Opheide was one of the guest speakers at this year’s Dalux Summit 2025 in Copenhagen, the annual meeting place for construction professionals from around the world. During his session “On-site management,” Joey shared how Group Jansen uses Dalux on the renovation project of the iconic Hotel Métropole in Brussels.

Every year at the Dalux Summit, Dalux presents its roadmap for the coming 12 months. With a look at new features and innovations that will be rolled out soon. On the other hand, companies from more than 42 countries share their practical cases on how they use Dalux on the construction site. This year, more than 80 speakers took the stage – including Group Jansen.

During his session “On-site management,” BIM manager Joey Opheide shared how Group Jansen uses Dalux on the renovation project of the iconic Hotel Métropole in Brussels. This historic site is currently being transformed into a five-star hotel.
