FALKE – Tight deadline, perfect result
For FALKE, we delivered a complete fit-out from A to Z. In just 3.5 weeks, the existing store was completely stripped and transformed into a modern retail environment that perfectly aligns with the brand’s identity. Thanks to our internal engineering capacity, we were able to respond quickly and technically develop the design into an efficient solution. The result? A renewed store with clean lines, functional layout and quality finishes, delivered within the set timeframe.
OUTLY – International appeal, local finesse
For Outly, an international eyewear retailer, we also delivered a complete makeover in Maasmechelen Village. In just 4 weeks, the retail space was completely stripped and rebuilt. The biggest challenge was translating the international design into an execution plan that perfectly fits the Belgian market. Thanks to our multidisciplinary approach, the project was delivered within deadline and budget, with integration of all technical systems and custom finishes.
Izy Coffee Kiosk – prefab eyecatcher
For Izy Coffee, we built a completely new kiosk, right outside opposite the shops. This project was fully prefabricated, allowing installation on site to be completed in one day. The technical complexity – from underground drilling to detailed engineering – was expertly handled by our team. The result is a stylish, sustainable kiosk that was installed in record time, without disruption to visitors or other shops.
