The Manhattan Center in Brussels underwent a complete redesign of its office floors. Group Jansen created a modern, flexible working environment that meets the needs of contemporary companies and combines comfort with functionality.
Challenge
The project required precise coordination to integrate technical installations, acoustic solutions, and custom furniture without disrupting the building’s daily operations. Planning and precision were crucial for flawless execution.
Result
The solution included central control of HVAC, lighting, and sunshades via an intuitive platform. This makes it possible to monitor energy consumption in real-time and adjust it where necessary. Automatic sunshades adjust based on light and temperature, providing natural heating and cooling control. In addition, motion sensors were integrated to make the lighting system more efficient, resulting in significant energy savings. Thanks to these technologies, the Manhattan Center enjoys improved energy performance and high user comfort.
