In the FIRMUS – LAWYERS project, the challenge lay in combining technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully delivered.

Result
Group Jansen was responsible for the renovation and complete interior design of this office, transforming this former storage space of the old harbor into a comfortable work environment. Of course, with respect for the typical authentic elements of the building. Both the wooden beams and parquet floors received a thorough refresh and now give the whole an extra cachet.
Our skilled team further provided:
- perfect acoustics thanks to wall finishing with acoustic panels and spaces with glass acoustic walls,
- a beautiful cast-in-place concrete staircase (the building’s eye-catcher),
- expert electrical work,
