For the Guldensporencollege, an inspiring learning environment was created that combines functionality and aesthetics. Group Jansen ensured a sustainable finish that aligns with the school’s educational vision.
Challenge
Completing a low-maintenance and safe interior within a short summer vacation period was a major challenge. All work had to be completed in time for the start of the new school year.
Result
The project included the installation of an innovative HVAC system centrally controlled via an intuitive interface. This allows building managers to easily regulate temperature and ventilation, tailored to the use of different spaces. Additionally, smart sensors were integrated to collect real-time data and automatically respond to temperature changes. This results in optimized energy consumption and a constant, pleasant indoor temperature. Thanks to the combination of ease of use and efficiency, Sint-Amandscollege can now rely on a future-oriented solution for sustainable building management.
