Atelier Rebul
Wijnegem
On September 4, 2026, the international beauty brand Atelier Rebul opened its first Belgian flagship store at the Wijnegem Shopping Center. Commissioned by BMP Building Services, Jansen Energy Solutions took care of all technical installations.
Challenge
Atelier Rebul traces its origins to 1895, when French pharmacist Jean Cesar Reboul opened a pharmacy in Istanbul. Today, it is an international brand specializing in perfumes, body care and home fragrances. With its flagship store in Wijnegem, the brand is making its debut in Belgium.
A store like this is all about the experience. The warm interior, with its dark wood and red tiled walls, needs to be shown off to its best advantage. At the same time, a store in a busy shopping center requires a reliable technical foundation and robust security. The store of around 200 m² started out as a bare shell. All technical systems had to be installed from scratch, within a tight three-week schedule. And they had to blend seamlessly into the stylish overall design.

Jansen Energy Solutions handled the entire electrical and security installation for the new store. From general electrical work, lighting and emergency lighting to data cabling, fire detection, video surveillance and burglar alarms. Behind the stylish interior lies a robust technical foundation.
“We started from a bare shell and installed all technical systems in just three weeks. That is only possible with a well-coordinated team. We have been working smoothly with BMP Building Services for years,” says Jurgen Swerts, Project Manager at Jansen Energy Solutions.
The grand opening was an instant success. The first customers were already lining up an hour and a half before the official opening. In the end, around 450 people queued. A wonderful project and a successful opening that we are proud of.
