Johnson & Johnson Obelisc
Zwijnaarde
In the Obelisc building of Johnson & Johnson, Group Jansen carried out the interior finishing of labs and offices to the highest quality standards.
Challenge
Strict validations, clean airflows, and separated zones: every detail mattered. At the same time, the entire space needed to remain a warm, human work environment.

Result
A tight schedule requires a well-thought-out approach. Therefore, Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs first completed the outer shell of the cleanrooms, creating a clear separation between the office space and the cleanroom zone. We then installed the vast amount of techniques in a limited false ceiling and placed the air handling units, control equipment, and electrical panels on the technical floor.
Another timesaver?
To save time, we also divided the cleanroom zone into different phases, which we could complete independently. An excellent interior finish proved to be our hallmark for this project as well.
Devices such as refrigerators were built into the walls, biosafety cabinets, pass boxes, and cleanroom furniture for dressing rooms and PALs were neatly installed. Furthermore, we made the necessary preparations so that the client could install their equipment as easily as possible after delivery.
For each phase, the commissioning and qualification were smoothly completed.
Result? Immense satisfaction for our team and a happy client!
