For the Drie Hofsteden Police Station project, the challenge was to combine technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully delivered.

This police station in Kortrijk bears a strong Group Jansen imprint.
The high level of finish and the integration of our own products are the best proof of this. Consider, for example, the 6,233 m² comfort islands, the 4,910 m² walls, our raised floors, and the beautiful furniture from our own carpentry workshop.
Our approach is not only aesthetically pleasing but also a clear win for sustainability. This is proven by the building’s low energy level (E41) and solid insulation (K24 factor). Furthermore, the walls and ceilings allow for easy reconfiguration of spaces. Ultimate flexibility!
Police Zone VLAS was extremely enthusiastic about the final result. Our dedicated team will gladly continue to provide architectural and technical maintenance services for them for the next twenty years.
