The Antwerp Province House was realized with attention to quality, sustainability and functionality. Group Jansen created an environment that perfectly matches the needs of the client and the intended use of the building.
Challenge
The challenge in the Provincial House Antwerp project lay in combining technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully delivered.
Result
All systems were integrated into a centralized management system, making settings easily adjustable and achieving energy savings. The smart sun shading automatically controls light intake and temperature in the building, while the HVAC system ensures optimal climate control per room. For example, lighting is automatically dimmed depending on the available natural light. User convenience was also not overlooked: the user interface is provided with different access levels for different users. By using an intuitive control screen, it is very easy for every user to perform various operations and also monitor the status of different systems. Through this convenient user interface, different light levels can also be set for each separate room.
The result is a sustainable, efficient and user-friendly solution that significantly improves comfort for employees and visitors.
