The Hoxton

In the former Victoria Regina Tower, Group Jansen completed the entire interior finishing of The Hoxton Brussels. The result is a trendy hotel with 198 rooms, a lobby, bar, and rooftop.
Challenge
The tower was completely stripped down to its bare structure. Group Jansen was responsible for the structural modifications and coordinated all subcontractors for technical installations, furniture, and finishing according to The Hoxton’s high standards.

A hip and modern hotel
The tower was completely stripped, leaving only its structural shell. Jansen Building Projects handled the structural modifications and was responsible for the complete interior finishing from A to Z. Flooring, walls, ceilings, joinery, etc. All executed according to the high finishing standards envisioned by The Hoxton. Regarding the other assignments (facades, technical installations, elevators, access control, and furniture), we coordinated the subcontractors. The end result of this hotel renovation? A trendy and modern hotel with no less than 198 beautiful rooms, a double-height lobby, bar and restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over our capital city.
