Innovative & efficient infrastructure
The new parking facility of AZ Sint-Lucas in Ghent combines functionality with a strong emphasis on atmosphere and appearance, fitting for the visible gateway to the hospital. Jansen Smart Solutions was responsible for integrating smart technologies, including lighting and sun protection control, management of technical alarms and handling, and the development of a complete Building Management System (BMS). These integrations ensure an energy-efficient building with optimal comfort and ease of use for visitors and staff. The BMS seamlessly monitors and controls the technical installations, contributing to a sustainable and safe environment. As a result, the parking facility not only offers 1,450 parking spaces but also provides an innovative infrastructure that perfectly complements the modern hospital environment.
