Waver
On the Avenue Léonard de Vinci in Wavre, Group Jansen realized the new BDO office. A strategic location closer to employees and customers in Walloon Brabant, designed around comfort, collaboration and focus. The project includes a complete office floor of 850 m², delivered as shell and completely finished by Group Jansen. From flooring and Painting works to carpentry and custom furniture, each intervention was carefully coordinated within a tight three-month schedule. The design is by B2Ai architects.
Challenge
The ambition was clear: to create a contemporary work environment that facilitates both connection and concentration. The program includes 60 fixed workstations, 3 large meeting rooms, 10 smaller meeting rooms and a dining area.
Because the floor was delivered as shell, the team started from scratch. The entire interior finishing was realized by Group Jansen. This included the installation of floors, parquet and tiles, plastering works, painting works, custom furniture, joinery, modular partition walls and curtains.
The challenge was in bringing all these disciplines together seamlessly within a limited lead time, with maximum attention to detail and level of finish.

Result
The result is a functional and visually strong office that reflects BDO’s identity. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher within the whole. The white cupboard wall also catches the eye: the panels were covered with stucco and finished using a special painting technique, creating a refined and tactile look.
Open work zones alternate with closed meeting rooms, creating a healthy balance between collaboration and focus. The warm materials, thoughtful layout and high-quality finishes create a professional yet inviting work environment.
