Challenge
The challenge in the ICO Gate Building project lay in combining technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully delivered.
Result
The new ICO Gate Building in the port of Zeebrugge has five floors. It’s the new work environment for 150 employees. The building serves as an administrative center and as an access building to the various ICO terminals in Zeebrugge. Jansen Smart Solutions provided the lighting control with constant light regulation in the offices and sun protection. Multiple touch screens are installed that transmit the measured temperature to the BMS system. The ventilation can also be controlled via the touch screens. On top of all this, Sumi also provided a customized visualization.
