For their new headquarters in Kortrijk, Liantis chose a sustainable and transparent office concept. Group Jansen created a stepped landscape office that emphasizes collaboration and comfort.
Challenge
The challenge was to combine openness with acoustic comfort and energy efficiency. Thanks to climate ceilings, acoustic glass walls, and smart lighting, a hybrid work environment was created that unites tranquility and dynamism.
Facts
Result
At Liantis, they work activity-based. This translates into a mix of open spaces, secluded areas such as small and large meeting rooms, focus areas, and the use of sit-stand desks. There were also specific requirements for acoustics, lighting, and ventilation. Sufficient buffer space is provided to limit noise disturbance, and the high-performance lighting enhances comfort. Finally, the climate ceilings offer a significant added value, as no air is blown in for cooling and heating.
