Result
The small part that Group Jansen contributed to this BEN building is a serious piece of work.
As the general contractor for this project, we were not only responsible for the demolition work, but we also handled the interior finishing. Flooring, painting works, electrical work, etc.—we did it all!
Interesting fact: as part of the nearly energy-neutral construction of these offices, we installed no less than 2,479 m² of activated comfort ceilings in clusters. We also installed non-active panels in the hallways, which provide lighting and add an impressive aesthetic touch.
Noteworthy: QRS opted for black climate ceilings which, together with the chosen concrete look, emphasize the rugged character of their BEN building.
