Result
The ‘small contribution’ that Group Jansen made to this Nearly Zero-Energy Building was a significant one.
As the general contractor for this project, we were not only responsible for the demolition work but also handled the interior finishing. Floor finishing, painting, electrical work, etc. We did it all!
Interesting fact: when constructing these nearly zero-energy offices, we installed no less than 2,479 m² of island-style activated comfort ceilings. Additionally, we also installed non-active panels in the corridors, which provide lighting and an impressive aesthetic touch.
Notably: QRS opted for black climate ceilings which, together with the chosen concrete look, emphasize the robust character of their Nearly Zero-Energy Building.
