Roche
Anderlecht
Roche was realized with a focus on quality, sustainability, and functionality. Group Jansen created an environment that perfectly matches the client’s needs and the building’s intended use.
Challenge
The challenge in the Roche project was to combine technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully completed.

Group Jansen stripped the interior of the building down to the structural parts. Various floor types were installed on the new screed (cast floors, parquet, carpet, and floor tiles).
Good acoustics are very important for Roche. Therefore, this client chose, among other things, suspended ceilings in various zones, executed with metal slats and plasterboard with sound-absorbing properties. In areas without these suspended ceilings, our skilled team used a sound-absorbing spray.
Group Jansen ensured the perfect interior finish with additional elements. For example, we divided the floors with plasterboard walls and glass partition walls.
Roche also turned to us for high-quality carpentry. The reception desk made of solid mineral and resin-based material became a showpiece.
