Challenge
The challenge in the Roche project was to combine technical complexity with tight deadlines and high finishing standards. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach, the project was successfully completed.

Result
Group Jansen stripped the interior of the building down to its structural elements. Various types of flooring (self-leveling floors, hardwood, carpet, and floor tiles) were installed over the new subfloor.
Good acoustics are very important to Roche. That is why this client opted for suspended ceilings in various areas, featuring metal slats and sound-absorbing drywall. In the areas without these suspended ceilings, our skilled team applied a sound-absorbing spray coating.
Group Jansen ensured the perfect interior finish with additional elements. For example, we divided the floors using plasterboard walls and modular walls.
Roche also turned to us for high-quality woodwork. The reception desk, made of solid sheet material composed of minerals and synthetic resin, became a true showpiece.
