Integrating GMP requirements and high-tech installations within a tight schedule was essential to guarantee production continuity.

Result
For biotechnology company Univercells, we converted a former industrial building into an ultra-modern facility for the development and production of viral vectors that serve as clinical trial material (CTM).
This project was executed in two phases:
- phase 1: demolition work and the realization of laboratory and GMP zones (laboratories / cleanrooms: 1,600 m²)
- phase 2: the realization of clean logistics zones (400 m²)
Our expertise proven
The end result is a new facility with a total area of 900 m² for GMP production zones, divided into Grade C and D environments. Additionally, there is a GMP QC zone of 320 m², an R&D zone of 320 m², and a clean logistics zone of 400 m², including cold rooms (4°C/-20°C/-40°C). Furthermore, we also built a technical room of 800 m², equipped with ten air handling units.
One thing is certain: this innovative company now operates under the most optimal conditions!
